We offer free FedEx Ground shipping within the United States - Delivery in 3-6 working days from the day on which your order is placed.

We currently do not ship internationally.

RETURN SERVICES

You have 14 days from delivery to follow our quick and easy return procedure. You must request a Return Authorization by contacting customer service at sales@hellessy.com within the 14 days from receipt of your purchase.

Full refunds are available for items which have not been worn, altered, washed, hang tags removed or damaged in any way, and are accompanied with the Return Authorization paperwork. Please return the merchandise in its original box by using the pre-paid return label provided with your Return Authorization. We offer free returns via FedEx ground shipping.

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, you will receive an email notification advising receipt and inspection status. After inspection is complete, an additional email will be sent confirming return and refund status.

Please note that refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Final Sale marked products are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
